Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed merchandise within 30 days of purchase. We no longer require RMA’s, so it’s easy peasy to return or exchange!
If you wish to return an item, please ship the unworn item to Sparkle Athletic via your preferred method within 30 days of purchase (address below). Please include the packing slip with your order number referenced to ensure proper credit. We’ll gladly refund your money less shipping costs within 7-10 business days of receipt. If the return is a result of our error, please contact us (email@example.com) and we will arrange prepaid shipping.
If you wish to exchange an item, please ship the unworn item to Sparkle Athletic via your preferred method within 30 days of purchase (address below). Please include the packing slip with your order number referenced and write the details of your exchange on the slip. We know that sounds really scary, but it’s not. We will gladly ship your next item to you FREE* via USPS First Class Mail once we have received the item(s) you want to exchange. If you’d like to upgrade to priority shipping, just drop us a line (firstname.lastname@example.org).

* Sparkle Athletic does not pay your shipping cost to return the order to us.
* We highly recommend that you send your return via UPS, FedEX, or insured US Mail with tracking information. Items sent but not received by Sparkle Athletic will NOT receive credit for the return.
* Sadly, we can’t exchange or return sale items, including flash sales.
* Exchanges will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Shipping costs apply to international exchanges.
